First and foremost, I am a woman on my own spiritual journey whose greatest desire is to help people find their Joy, become empowered, and live a spiritually fulfilling life.

At a very young age I learned that I was not enough; I had to be, do, think, or act in accordance with others’ expectations of me. So, I learned to please, but I was not very good at it. Soon enough no one was happy, I was living multiple lies and not getting the love and acceptance I craved. I became who I thought ‘they’ wanted me to be, but that only lead to pain, disappointment, depression, divorce, and loneliness. 

I’d like to tell you that “One day everything changed.” But that is not how it happened for me; I reached out just as you are doing now. I kept reading, studying, watching, listening, and applying. Over time I dug deep to uncover my fears, my weaknesses, and my shortcomings. Amazingly I also found my strengths, and values, and my identity.  I created a personal practice that grew over time, and I learned what works and what doesn’t. I began sharing that with others and soon I realized it was time to share it with the world.

I am still on that journey; my “dreams” are dynamic, they change and morph, and when I encounter crossroads, I reach out to my guides I practice what I have learned, and I pivot. Chapters end and new ones begin, the difference now is that I am no longer trying I am doing. I am no longer searching I am sharing. Sharing my 50+ years of experience, education and a whole lot of Love.  

When you embark on this journey of personal spiritual development it requires you to go deep, to open and uncover your shadows, to expose those areas of your life that you hide or are ashamed of revealing, there is a high level of vulnerability, and honesty required. Having the right spiritual coach that provides the support, encouragement, honesty, and accountability is the key. But most importantly your spiritual coach should be someone who you trust enough to open to, someone who you are comfortable with, someone who you can relate to and often someone who has life experiences, goals, and a similar spiritual background. 

As a certified life coach I have  trained to help you achieve your goals. As a business manager I have over 30 years of hands on training experience in the business/corporate world. And through the 15 years of living and honoring my spiritual path I have taught, mentored, helped heal,  and helped guide individuals find their path in life.

Professionalism and Confidentiality 

Coaching sessions are an hour in length over zoom or in person one on one. 

During the introductory session we will be discussing your goals, what you hope to address during our time together and assessing the areas in your life that would benefit most from a deeper spiritual connection.  

During the subsequent sessions (1, 3, 9, or 13) my goal is to facilitate a connection to your divine self, open your heart, and uncover your soul purpose all in a safe space.

The frequency of the coaching sessions are typically weekly; meeting once a week for an hour per session. The duration of the work depends on your individual goals and the package or number of sessions you are looking to invest in yourself.
