By booking a session, program, or service with Divine Heart Soul, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines ensure a respectful, clear, and supportive experience for both of us.

1. Nature of Services

Divine Heart Soul provides life coaching, spiritual guidance, energy healing, intuitive support, and personal development services. These services are not therapy, medical treatment, or mental health care. They do not replace licensed support. No diagnoses, prescriptions, or guaranteed outcomes are provided.

2. Confidentiality

All information shared in sessions is confidential unless required by law or in cases of potential harm. You may share your experience publicly, but your privacy is always respected.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are due at the time of booking.
• All sessions, packages, and programs are non-refundable.
• Payment plans, when offered, must be completed in full.
• Missed or unused sessions do not roll over.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations under 24 hours are considered missed sessions.
• Missed sessions are not refunded or rescheduled.

Emergencies will be handled with understanding, but boundaries ensure a healthy coaching relationship.

5. Coaching Relationship Expectations

By booking, you agree to:

• Show up on time and prepared.
• Engage honestly and take responsibility for your choices.
• Understand that transformation requires consistency and action.

My commitment is to bring discernment, compassion, clarity, and grounded truth.

6. Communication Outside Sessions

For coaching packages:

• Text or voice support is available within agreed boundaries.
• Responses occur during standard business hours unless otherwise noted.
• This support is for integration, not full sessions.

7. Personal Responsibility

You understand and agree that:

• You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.
• Coaching supports growth but requires your active participation.
• Emotional, spiritual, and personal transformation may be challenging.

8. Energy Healing & Spiritual Work Disclaimer

Reiki, intuitive readings, and spiritual practices are complementary wellness modalities. Results vary individually.

9. Termination of Services

Services may be ended if:

• Boundaries are repeatedly crossed.
• Payments are not fulfilled.
• Harmful or disrespectful behavior occurs.
• Coaching is no longer aligned.

Remaining sessions will not be refunded.

10. Agreement

By scheduling, purchasing, or participating in any Divine Heart Soul service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
